Delivery Policy
Any delivery times given or accepted by ALVEO are based on an average forecast lead time and considered indicative. No delay in delivery may justify a penalty for the benefit of the customer.
Upon leaving the company, the equipment is placed under the responsibility of the customer. It is up to the latter, in the event of damage or missing equipment, to make all necessary observations on the delivery note and to confirm his reservations within forty-eight hours by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier and ALVEO . After this period, the customer is no longer entitled to dispute the delivery.
